Division of Food Safety Supervision

To undertake the food of the supervision and administration of the province business processes(Contain alcohol, excluding edible agricultural products, health food, the same below); to track and analyze food safety situation and existing problems at the market stage, and to put forward recommendations on system, mechanism and performance improvement; to formulate the way of supervision and management of specific measures, and organize their implementation; to supervise the low-level administrative departments in performing the administrative duty, in detecting and rectifying illegal and improper acts in time; organize and carry out the food safety supervision and inspection, and access system at the business stage; to implement and supervise problem product recalls and disposal work; to guide and coordinate the provincial major food safety security work.
